One such heinous and cynical case was portrayed when the Land Claims Court (Randburg) ordered that the books of the Moletele Community Property Association (MCPA) be examined by the Auditor-General, and the Director-General of Rural Development and Land Reform, not that it’s ever going to happen. MCPA, which claims that the Moletale people are a separate ethnic group, successfully claimed 27 properties in Hoedspruit, including two working farms.

The ANC’s purely communist system of communal farming by so called Community Property Associations (CPA’s), is a total failure and that admission is clear from answers provided to written questions by members of Parliament. Despite this the ANC will no doubt press on with its implementation of the communist policy that the state must own all food producing land, which is what expropriation without compensation is about. The answers were tabled in Parliament on Thursday and Friday by Thoko Didiza, the minister for Agriculture. According to Didiza, there are 1,612 CPA’s but 1,370 of them are dysfunctional and don’t adhere to legal requirements and responsibilities. The CPA’s together with the Ingonyama Trust owns 3, 8 million hectares of farming land, that is the size of half of Mpumalanga.

The owner of the Engen garage at Cocomo’s in Klerksdorp, Cobus Fourie whose wife is Nicolene, was fatally shot in his chest during an armed robbery on Monday morning, 6 January 2020. Another statistic – Farmer Henry Brown (77) of Uitkyk in Nelspruit passed away on the morning of 24 December 2019. He had been hospitalized since a brutal farm attack on him, his wife and son on their farm in the Uitkyk area, Nelspruit on 3 November. He was in a serious condition the whole time after he sustained a massive head injury during the attack and his heart stopped 2 times in a hospital in Nelspruit in the days after the brutal attack on him, his wife Martie (74) and son Tommy (53) on 3 November.
